TeleMed — Mobile App Design for Telemedicine

TeleMed is a mobile application for accessing healthcare services online. The main goal of the project was to create an intuitive digital service that allows users to quickly find a suitable specialist, book an appointment and receive a consultation without visiting a clinic.

The product is built around a straightforward user journey: finding a doctor, reviewing their profile, selecting a suitable time and booking an appointment. Particular attention was paid to information structure and reducing the number of steps required to schedule a consultation.

The doctor search experience includes filters based on specialty, consultation price, experience, rating and other parameters. Each doctor profile provides key information about the specialist, education, professional experience, areas of expertise and available appointment times.

The online consultation experience was designed as a dedicated user flow. Patients can join video appointments, communicate with doctors and access relevant information directly inside the application. The consultation interface keeps essential controls accessible throughout the call.

Doctors have access to a dedicated set of tools for managing their work with patients. Specialists can review their schedule, manage availability, conduct online consultations, access patient history and work with medical information.

A unified design system was developed for the mobile application. Components, states, typography, colors and interface guidelines provide a consistent visual language and make further product development more efficient.

The main user journeys were carefully structured and validated before the final interface was completed. The findings were used to improve navigation, screen hierarchy and key interaction flows.

The result is a modern telemedicine interface that connects patients and healthcare professionals in a unified digital environment and makes online consultations more accessible and intuitive.
