1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets out how personal data of users of the website webora.ru (the "Website") is processed and protected. The Policy is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

2. Data we process

• Data you provide in the "Discuss Project" form: name; phone number, Telegram username and/or email; project details and attached files.
• Technical data sent by your browser: IP address, browser and device details, page address, date and time of the request (web server logs).
• Yandex.Metrica analytics data — only if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not process special categories of personal data or biometric data.

3. Purposes

• reviewing your request, replying and consulting you;
• preparing a proposal, cost and timing estimate;
• concluding and performing a contract;
• ensuring the Website works and is secure;
• visitor analytics — only with your consent.

4. Legal grounds

Your separate consent to personal data processing given in the form, and the conclusion and performance of a contract with you.

5. Processing terms

The Operator collects, records, organizes, accumulates, stores, updates, retrieves, uses, blocks, deletes and destroys personal data, with and without automation. Data of Russian citizens is stored in databases located in the Russian Federation. Data is not disclosed to third parties except the hosting provider, the email service used to receive requests, Yandex LLC (Metrica, with consent) and cases required by law. No cross-border transfer takes place.

6. Retention

Request data is kept until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 1 year from the request unless a contract is concluded. Server logs — up to 6 months. When consent is withdrawn, data is destroyed within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, its correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw your consent, and file a complaint with Roskomnadzor or a court. Send requests to info@webora.ru or not specified. We reply within 10 business days.

8. Cookies and analytics

The Website stores your theme choice, "Like" marks and cookie banner choice in your browser (localStorage); this data is not sent to the Operator. Yandex.Metrica, if enabled, is loaded only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can choose "Necessary only" or clear site data in your browser at any time.

9. Security

The Operator takes legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data: access restriction, HTTPS, passwords and server protection, regular backups.

10. Changes

The Operator may update this Policy; the new version takes effect once published. The current version is available at webora.ru/en/privacy-policy.
